CORSICA ISLAND

Island (251,000 inhabitants) of the Mediterranean Sea to the north of Sardinia, which is separated from the Strait of Bonifacio.

BONIFACIO
It is definitely one of the most beautiful island on the southern tip of Corsica a few miles from Sardinia. The old part is perched on a rock and Bonifacio, throughout history, has been defended by numerous attacks from the sea not only with its high walls, but also thanks to the spectacular rock walls 60 feet high, and these flanking much of the country and leaving a narrow entrance to the harbor bay. These are the famous Strait of Bonifacio.

CAVALLO ISLAND

SCANDOLA PARK
The Scandola Nature Reserve extends over 80 km from the tip of the Red Cape, up the northern edge of the town of Galeria. Regional Natural Park course, was officially created by ministerial decree, December 9, 1975. Since 1982, belongs to the network of specially protected marine and coastal areas of the Mediterranean. There are more than 450 species of algae.
There are many species of fish such as common grouper, snapper, etc.. and many species of coral.
